We have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:

















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a block of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS JANUARY 19, 2024. PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT OF $300/ROOM IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE. IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.(PLEASE NOTE -- THE $300 ROOM DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE ONLY UNTIL JANUARY 5, 2O24, AFTER THAT DATE ANY PAYMENT MADE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ALSO PLEASE NOTE, IF INSURANCE IS PURCHASED, IT WILL DICTATE WHAT TYPE OF REFUND IS RECEIVED. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED FLIGHTS WITH YOUR PACKAGE -- THE AIRLINE ENFORCES ITS OWN CANCELLATION PENALTY FEES.

- THE DEADLINE FOR ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON ALL RESERVATIONS IS FEBRUARY 19, 2024.

LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50/PERSON PENALTY FEE.
