Reservation Cancellation Policy

* PLEASE NOTE: ANY HOTEL ONLY RESERVATION MADE WITHOUT TRAVEL PROTECTION IS REFUNDABLE ONLY UNTIL JANUARY 5, 2024 - AFTER THAT DATE ANY FUNDS PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation after January 5th you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance. The $75 cancellation will not apply to you.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
